If InvisiWrite is not doing what you needed, cancel within 30 days of your first payment and we return it in full. You do not have to explain why, and nobody will try to talk you out of it.

Within 30 days of your first payment, use the refund button in Billing or email info@InvisiWrite.com. One line is enough.
Refunded to the original card through Stripe within one working day. Your bank then takes 5–10 days to show it, which is their timing, not ours.
What is covered. Your first payment on any paid plan, monthly or annual, refunded in full within 30 days of that payment.
What happens to usage. Nothing. We do not pro-rate the refund against words you processed. If you used the whole allowance and still want your money back inside 30 days, you get it back.
Upgrades. Moving to a higher plan starts a fresh 30-day window on the difference you paid.
Renewals. The guarantee covers your first payment, not every renewal. Cancel any time before a renewal charges — we email a reminder seven days ahead of annual renewals.
After 30 days. Cancel whenever you like and keep access until the period ends. We do not refund part-used periods after the window, and we never charge anyone who has cancelled.
Where we say no. Repeated sign-up-and-refund cycles on the same card or across duplicate accounts. That is the only exclusion, and it is about abuse, not about people who changed their mind.
Your statutory rights. UK and EU consumers keep their statutory cancellation rights, which sit alongside this guarantee rather than replacing it. Nothing here removes a right you already have.
No, but it is simpler. Requesting a refund inside the window cancels the subscription at the same time, so you will not be charged again.
We will offer one optional box, because it is genuinely useful. Leave it blank and the refund processes exactly the same.
Email info@InvisiWrite.com with the date and last four digits. Duplicate charges are refunded immediately and do not count against your 30-day guarantee.
Yes. Your account, documents and history stay intact on the free plan. Resubscribing picks up where you left off.
